Google and Facebook offer Short URL

Written by admin on December 14, 2009

Two large companies Google and Facebook are now starting into a URL shortening service business. Long URLs often considered inefficient and takes a lot of places.

URL URL shorteners eyebrows pemendek still dominated by Bit.ly. Bit.ly fame was not free from Twitter users who use the service to include a link to remain in the capacity of 140 characters that Twitter has to offer.

Goo.gl is the address offered by Google in the service. But the new service can be used by those who use the Google Toolbar and Google’s RSS service, FeedBurner. But if the service proves successful, Google will make available to a wider user.
